Ground Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients:
One and a half tablespoon vegetable or peanut oil
One dried chili peppers
Five oz ground bend chicken
One c onions sliced
One c mushrooms sliced
One c red signal peppers strip
One-cup Broccoli florets
One clove garlic, crushed
One t gingerroot, minced
One c rooster broth-ready headed to serve
One t cornstarch
½ tablespoon sesame oil
Method:
In nine-inch wok or skillet heat vegetable oil, mix chilli peppers, and cook on medium-heat for thirty seconds. Use slotted spoon to remove as well as throw away chilli peppers.
